Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup white basmati rice, cooked
- lcup broccoliflorets
- 2 tsp avocado oil (divided)
- Spices: garam masala, coriander, cumin, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and black pepper Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli florets with 1 tsp of avocado oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 15-20 minutes.
