Beef Seekh Kebabs with Steamed Basmati Rice and Roasted Broccoli

An iron-rich dinner featuring lean ground beef seekh kebabs to support ferritin levels and combat fatigue. Roasted broccoli provides crucial cruciferous compounds that assist in estrogen clearance to manage estrogen dominance, paired with easily digestible basmati rice.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz extra-lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup white basmati rice, cooked
  • lcup broccoliflorets
  • 2 tsp avocado oil (divided)
  • Spices: garam masala, coriander, cumin, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and black pepper Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli florets with 1 tsp of avocado oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garam masala, coriander, cumin, ginger-garlic paste, and salt, then shape into kebab logs.
  3. Heat the remaining 1 tsp of avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently until browned and cooked through.
  4. Serve the kebabs with roasted broccoli and steamed basmati rice.
