Ingredients

  • 3 tosp organic chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup light unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop unflavored grass-fed protein isolate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries

Instructions

  1. Whisk chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, protein isolate, vanilla, and ground ginger in a dish.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to break up clumps.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 4 hours until a thick pudding forms.
  4. Top with fresh blackberries before eating.
