Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • I cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Iscoop dairy-free plant protein powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)
  • 1/4 tsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1cup ginger-infused black tea (fresh ginger steeped with 1 black tea bag)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, vigorously whisk the protein powder into the unsweetened almond milk until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and monk fruit sweetener, ensuring no clumps remain. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to thicken into a pudding.
