Mind-body connection integrating lifestyle changes and nervous system regulation tools to create a holistic plan for you.

Personalized nutrition tailored to your specific needs, lifestyle, and health goals.

Comprehensive medical symptoms questionnaire to help connect the dots internally and reach root cause solutions.

Food as medicine approach to help support your body's capacity to heal and thrive.

Root-cause approach using functional lab testing such as DUTCHGI-MAPOAT, & 3X4 Genetics to assess hormones, gut microbiome, metabolic health, and genetics.

Our approach goes beyond creating meal plans and calorie counting; Our focus is on addressing you, the entire person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. We believe optimal health involves looking at the body from a holistic point of view and addressing health issues from their root cause. That includes assessing nutrition intake, conventional + functional labs, stress, sleep, movement/exercise, nervous system health, thyroid, genetics, hormones, and the gut microbiome.

How We’ll Get There Together

Medicinal herbs for a more integrative approach to healing that isn’t seen typically in conventional healthcare.

All Praise and Thanks to God, I found Alah when I needed her the most. She is such a blessing!
I feel more comfortable with Alah, because she is very sweet and caring, and she spends so much time on you. For example, sometimes, you go to doctors and pay $100 each visit, just for them to not give you any heed and then you have to come again and again, paying $100 each time because you did not get the chance to mention many important issues. Alah will let you talk all you want and then even ask follow-up questions. She gives you so much time and attention, she truly wants to help others.

Before I got treated with Alah, I was so sick, I had heavy brain fog and confusion, my arm ached really bad like it was broken, my stomach was so sensitive that if I was in a room with air freshener I would get extremely nauseous and dizzy, and my period was abnormal and I would get really bad depression and mood swings way from like 2 weeks before my cycle and it would stay through the cycle. Also, I had extreme anxiety for no reason, all day, for 3 years. All the symptoms were so heightened, I could not function. I could not even do a simple job.

Once I started with the protocol Alah gave me, I was feeling very good in 2 weeks. By the end of the 1st month, I already felt all my symptoms disappear and went back to work! If you have hormonal imbalance, IBS, or alzheimer you should definitely try out functional nutrition with Alah! I hope that whoever is reading this, that you also have such success with your treatment or even better, God Willing! <3

“My reflections on our sessions, especially when we first began, is that on top of seeing physical changes in my body from following your advice, the emotional aspect of my health journey improved so much in the sense that it became very easy to be forgiving towards myself and my habits and it helped with my emotional relationship with food! It felt really good to dedicate time to my mindset and then link it to my diet.”

Patricia W.

"I'm more consistent with taking my magnesium supplement which has been very helpful for my overall health and mood as well as the anti-inflammatory supplements like fish oil, Vitamin D3 + K2, and turmeric."

Sophie T.

"I've noticed my face has gotten a lot slimmer since I reduced my refined sugar intake and my clothes fit a lot better! I have also noticed less bloating and less swelling."

Tamiraa S.

I've noticed reduced bloating, I feel less bloated, reduced overall sugar intake, and I've been drinking at least 2 water bottles (32 oz) with minerals daily. My skin is clearer!
