You'll receive a personalized functional nutrition care plan that aligns with your health and nutrition goals. This includes diet and lifestyle recommendations based on data gathered from the initial consultation.
We believe in a long term approach to healing health conditions that will help create sustainable diet and lifestyle changes for you through root-cause solutions instead of masking symptoms.
Follow up sessions can be goal oriented, for accountability, or just a simple check in related to your health & nutrition goals. These sessions are centered around resolving your symptoms to help you achieve long term health.
Ongoing support, monitoring, adjustments to your care plan as needed and messaging between sessions from a functional nutrition dietitian for extra support. Have questions that are nutrition, health, or wellness related? Ask away!
The sessions are entirely virtual, so you can participate from your car or home -anywhere and everywhere. You will be able to access client sessions, care plan notes, and any additional functional nutrition resources.
