You'll receive a personalized functional nutrition care plan that aligns with your health goals. This includes condition specific & evidence-based nutrition, diet, and lifestyle recommendations, targeted and tailored supplements based on data gathered from the initial consultation.

3 Month Package: We believe in a long-term approach to healing chronic health conditions that will help create sustainable diet and lifestyle changes for you so that you can stay healthy long term. This isn't about bandaging symptoms, this is going deeper and helping you reach root-cause solutions as well as long term health & longevity.

Follow up Sessions can be goal oriented, for accountability, or to address improvement and changes in symptoms related to your health and nutrition goals or chronic health condition. These goals will include additional tweaks, if needed, to the main functional nutrition care plan that are centered around your personal symptoms and long term health.
