the 4-month package for long-term nourishment

We start with a 90-minute initial consultation where we explore your full health history, dietary habits, digestive and hormonal symptoms, recent labs, lifestyle (sleep/stress/movement), and current habits to uncover the full picture of your health. This step is all about understanding your root causes and patterns so we can build a strong foundation for healing & long-term nourishment.

°01. Initial Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment

Depending on your needs, we may order functional lab tests such as the GI-MAP stool test or the DUTCH Hormone Panel to assess gut and hormone health. These advanced labs provide powerful data on your gut microbiome, hormonal imbalances, and detox pathways allowing us to uncover hidden root causes and create a data-driven, personalized wellness plan. This is where we identify root causes behind your symptoms to build a personalized, holistic nutrition plan. This step is helpful for clients struggling with chronic bloating, fatigue, PMS, PCOS, or chronic stress.

°02. Functional Medicine Lab Testing

Receive a personalized whole body, root-cause protocol based on the initial assessment and lab results that supports your gut health, hormones, and overall wellbeing . This includes a therapeutic meal plan, targeted supplements based on labs + symptoms, medicinal herbs, nervous system support, and lifestyle habits rooted in functional medicine and evidence-based nutrition so you can feel and look your best.

°03. Whole Body, Root-Cause Protocol

It helps to have ongoing support & accountability to help you reach your health goals, which is why we meet weekly or bi-weekly for for 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions. These virtual check-ins are to offer ongoing support, accountability, and fine tuning of your protocol. Whether we’re adjusting supplements, acknowledging wins & challenges, monitoring symptom changes, or adding on new lifestyle habits, you’ll feel seen and supported every step of the way. 

°04. Weekly 1:1 Support & Accountability Sessions

As your body begins to heal, symptoms resolve, & your needs shift, so will your plan. Your personalized protocol evolves with you. We’ll adjust your recommended nutrient intake, supplements, herbs, and lifestyle habits. You’ll also receive real-time support from a functional dietitian through reviewing previous food journaling entries as well as symptom tracking, helping you stay on track and supported throughout your entire health journey.

°05. Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustments to the Protocol

In the final month, we’ll focus on building long-term habits, sustainable routines, and a maintenance plan you can stick with. You’ll walk away feeling confident and educated about making healthier choices, nourished, and equipped to continue your health journey with ease.
