Refined Sugar-Free Lavender Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup refined sugar-free sweetener of choice: raw and unfiltered honey, natural maple syrup, monk fruit, stevia, or coconut sugar.
- 2 tbsp culinary/edible lavender buds
Instructions
- Boil one cup of water on saucepan.
- Add in sweetener of choice.
- Let it simmer on low.
- Add 2 tablespoons of culinary lavender buds to the sauce pan.
- Remove from stove.
- Let it steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain mixture into separate bowl and into your syrup dispenser.
- Enjoy your refined sugar-free sweetener with lattes or matcha!
