This air-fried meal prioritizes ease of preparation, leveraging cooking techniques that require minimal standing time. Broccoli is a cruciferous powerhouse that facilitates liver detoxification and helps balance hormones, directly addressing potential estrogen dominance. Sweet potatoes supply healthy, complex carbohydrates vital for cycle syncing, while lean air-fried chicken breast delivers high-quality protein to support tissue repair and satiety.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cut into strips)
  • I cup broccoli florets
  • 3 oz sweet potato (cut into thin wedges)
  • I tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (divided)
  • I clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the sweet potato wedges in half of the olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Place in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender.
  3. Toss the chicken strips and broccoli florets with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Air-fry the chicken and broccoli together at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. Plate the chicken, garlic broccoli, and sweet potatoes together and serve.
